Description

The Grain Barn offers a huge upstairs open-plan living space with high vaulted ceilings and a balcony to enjoy sunsets. Downstairs the stylish barn offers; spacious 2-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make this barn perfect for a family break or two couples. Private and secure dog-friendly garden. Off-road parking, shared games barn, EV charger.

The Grain Barn is a 10-minute walk to the village, beach and seal colony. An extra bed can be provided to sleep 5.
Environmental Credentials.
The barn is super insulated, heated by a heat pump which itself is powered by on site renewables. Any electricity we do import from the grid is renewable. There is an EV charger on site for guests to use for a small fee. Water is collected and feeds the pond. All our cleaning products are eco and are re-filled. On site we have flower meadow and wildlife pond as we have planted 1800 sapling trees. Guests can access our veg patch to collect fresh fruit and veg.
